LINTEL CORRUGATED PANEL SYSTEM (MINO-900、WA-825、AC-780)

Lintel’s corrugated panel system is specially designed wave pressure panel to meet the aesthetic requirements with superior performance for most architecture.

Features:

Natural bending with minimum curvature radius at 12 mm
Roll forming waved panel with minimum curvature radius at 300mm
Lintel’s AC-780 and WA-825 systems are designed for horizontal installation
WA-825 sometimes can apply to curved roof system
MINO panel is characterized for mini waved panel use for building decoration

STARWALL-450 WALLSYSTEM

Features:

Hidden fastener with concealed clip to prevent water intrusion

Additional protective layer can be applied flatness, stiffness, acoustic proved and insulation. Lintel advices our customer to use XPS layer for the fire resistance

Recommended panel thickness is above 0.8mm (without additional layer) and 0.6mm (with additional layer)

The panel strength is above 300 Mpa and maximum space for load is 1600 mm

MULTI FUNCTIONAL STRUCTURAL STEEL SHEATHING BQ-600 SYSTEM

Features:

IN WALL SYSTEM

BQ -600 normally laid horizontally to be used to replace the inner wall sheathing and purling, span is over 8 m between two studs or columns
Self tapping screws are used to fastening BQ-600 on steel panels at two sides, insulation is installed at the inner face with concealed clip
Generally siding will be vertically installed, horizontally installed is optional while additional purlin will be needed

IN ROOF SYSTEM

Specially designed anchor clip for BQ – 600 in roof system can be directly fastened to the structural beam or girder, once the installation of BQ -600 is finished the ceiling will be flat and clean with no exposed screws, also with enough space for insulation and perforate panel for sound proof
Purlins are not required for Lintel’s BQ-600 system which saved construction material cost, pre-punched hole can be applied to the panel for reducing interior echo
Higher panel rib offers you more space for insulation, thermal resistance layer and acoustic insulation, good performance on waterproof ceiling
